You can register an account directly on the app after downloading it or by going to the web browser.

Here are the 2 ways to register an account:



1. Register using an email  

  1. Download the app on App store or Google play store or go to helppay.app to register on the web browser
  2. It will ask you to Sign in or Register for HelpPay, click Register for HelpPay
  3. Accept terms and conditions and click on Register with email
  4. Start creating an account, fill in all the information needed then click Register
  5. Check your email for the activation email then you can click Sign in
  • Note: Don't forget to check your spam or trash mail for the activation email

2.Register using social log ins

  1. Download the app on App store or Google play store or go to helppay.app to register on the web browser
  2. It will ask you to Sign in or Register for HelpPay, click Register for HelpPay
  3. Accept terms and conditions and click on Register with Facebook or Register with Google or Register with Apple
  4. Once you selected this option, your HelpPay account will automatically be connected to your social log in and you don't need to enter a user name or password as long as the social account you've used is already logged in to the device you are using
  5. After selecting your social account, you need to put in your mobile number and hit Send code
  6. Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify number
