You may remove a bill from your Bills page if no one has contributed to your bill. If you have uploaded a bill and have noticed that you may have got some details wrong and no one has contributed to your bill yet, you may delete or update the details of this bill. 



Update the details of your bill:

To update the details of your bill, such as the amount due, due date, or nickname, the due date must be in the future and there can't be any contributions already made towards your bill. 


  1. On the Bills page, select the bill
  2. Scroll down and select Update bill details
  3. Amend the amount due, due date, or biller nickname
  4. Select Update bill, to confirm your changes


Remove your bill:

To remove a bill, no contributions can be made towards it. 


  1. On the Bills page, select the bill
  2. Scroll down and select Update bill details
  3. Scroll down to the bottom, select Remove this bill from your account
  4. Select Yes to confirm


Unable to change the details of your bill?

If you are unable to change the details of your bill, this may be due to the due date being in the past or that someone has already contributed to this bill.
