Details
It is important that your account details are kept up-to-date as we use your phone number to identify you with your HelpPay account, and we use your email address to notify you when you have a new bill, someone has contributed to your bill, or when someone seeks assistance from you.
Notifications
Manage the type of notifications you receive relating to bills or contacts. Ensure that notifications are enabled and then you can pick and choose which types of notifications you do and don't want to receive. A description of each notification type is available within the Profile page in your HelpPay account.
Payment
Payment methods added here will automatically be saved and show as a payment option when contributing to your own or someone else's bill through the HelpPay app or HelpPay Web.
