Adding contacts within the HelpPay app or our HelpPay Web has a range of benefits over sharing bills through a shareable link. Please note that it is free to have a HelpPay account.
How to add a contact directly into HelpPay:
- Log into HelpPay via the HelpPay App
- Go to Contacts
- Select Add a contact
- Select Add a contact
- Enter the contacts details or import a contact from your phone contacts, by selecting Import from your phone contacts at the top of the screen
- Once you have added your contacts details, select Send contact request to confirm
- The contact you have added will be notified of the connection request and will need to accept this request. You will be notified if the contact has accepted the request

- Log into HelpPay via the HelpPay App or the HelpPay Web
- Go to Contacts

To view your contacts and pending contacts:
- Log into HelpPay via the HelpPay App or HelpPay Web
