HelpPay does not accept additional payments to be made above the amount due on a certain bill at this time. We only allow the maximum outstanding bill amount to be contributed towards a bill at any time, this prevents Helpers from accidentally transferring more than they intended.
If you would like to make further contributions to someone’s bills, ask this person to share other bills with you via a bill URL, which will allow you to make payments to a new bill or download the HelpPay app and connect with the Customer you want to help. The Customer can then share multiple bills with you through the app. The Customer can notify you of certain bills from Providers, automatically through the app too.
