When making payments either directly through the HelpPay app or through our HelpPay payment page through your browser, you will always receive a confirmation of your payment.



Customers:
As a Customer paying your own bill, you will see a confirmation screen on the app and a recording of your payment under your Bills detail page. You will also receive a confirmation email and receipt.

 


Helpers:

If you are contributing towards someone else's bill, then you will receive a receipt confirming your payment made towards that bill to your email and the Customer of that bill will also receive an email notification of the payment made towards their bill.
