Setting up biometric login will mean you can use your fingerprint or facial recognition to sign you into the app, instead of inputting your email and password. 

Biometrics can only be enabled for the HelpPay App, not the HelpPay Web (web browser version of HelpPay). 

If you just downloaded the app you may be prompted to enable biometrics. By choosing yes it will direct you to the page where you can set it up but if you choose no you can still set it up in later time.

To set up biometrics:

  1. Under Profile
  2. Scroll down to Security and you will see a toggle next to Enable Biometrics
  3. Drag this toggle to the right to enable biometrics and you can always drag this toggle to the left to disable biometrics. 

Why does my biometrics stop working?

For security reasons, biometrics will automatically disable once a user has not logged into the HelpPay app for 90 days or more. If you have not logged into the app for more than 90 days, you will need to use your email and password to log back in. Once you have logged back in, you can enable biometrics again.
