HelpPay is a bill managing, sharing, and payment app, that allows Users to share their bills for help and help others, within the app or through a public payment page.
Account requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age and above
- A valid email address
- A valid phone number
Upload bill requirements:
- Your bills must contain a BPAY biller code and reference number
- Your bill must be an Australian bill
Payment method requirements:
- We currently only accept Australian credit and debit cards or Google Pay
Download HelpPay App operating system requirements:
- Android 11+
- IOS 14+
If you are unable to download the HelpPay App, you can create an account and use HelpPay on the HelpPay Web, which is the web browser version of the HelpPay App.
