If you have paid your bill or made a contribution to your bill outside of HelpPay, you will need to update your bill within HelpPay. This is to ensure that your bill reflects the correct amount due. This is to ensure you avoid overpayments.



To remove a bill you have paid outside of HelpPay:

  1. Go to Bills
  2. Select the bill that you have already paid
  3. Select Mark this bill as paid
  4. Selecting Yes will mean that your bill is removed and any Helper's who you have shared your bill with, will no longer have this bill in their Help Others, as this bill has been paid. 


If you or someone you know has made a contribution to your bill outside of HelpPay. You can amend the bill amount, if no payments have already been made towards this bill.


To amend the bill amount within HelpPay:

  1. Go to Bills
  2. Select the bill that you would like to amend
  3. Select Update bill details
  4. Enter in your remaining bill amount
  5. Select Submit to confirm


Important: If a contribution has already been made towards your bill, you will not be able to update your bill details.
