Once a bill has been uploaded into HelpPay, the user can share their bill with anyone for help. Anyone who contributes on a public payment page or directly through the app, will remain anonymous to the billing provider.
As HelpPay uses a BPAY integration to ensure that contributions go directly where they are meant to, all contributions to a bill using BPAY will appear to the billing provider as being made by the Customer. Therefore, if you are contributing to someone else's bill, your personal information is not seen by the billing provider.
