HelpPay provides a service without cannibalising existing cheaper channels such as BPAY. In many instances, depending on your implementation choices, HelpPay can be a zero-transaction cost service to your business.
Like other payment channels, HelpPay incurs third-party transaction costs to process payments. Due to the unique commercial construct of HelpPay, there are several ways the pricing options can be structured to cover these transaction costs – often making our payment channel a zero-transaction cost to your business. We provide flexibility by enabling some sharing of HelpPay transaction fees between:
- You, the Provider
- The Customer
- The Helpers who pay bills on behalf of your customers
