Only with our permission or if you have become an “integrated Provider”. An integrated provider is a Provider that has entered into a direct commercial arrangement with HelpPay pursuant to which it allows for its billing data to be integrated into the HelpPay Platform and who accepts HelpPay as a payment method on its bills
Our integrated providers may use the HelpPay logo and brandmark and place exclusive content on their assets that comply with our branding guidelines. You may highlight HelpPay as a payment option on bills (print and digital), mobile apps, websites, marketing collateral, and outdoor marketing material.
We will promote our integrated providers on the HelpPay website. Joint media releases that have been approved by HelpPay and comply with our brand guidelines will be prepared.
There are no additional licensing or one-off fees for leveraging the HelpPay brand on your collateral and marketing materials. Permissible usage includes both stand-alone and co-branded collaborations.
